Fully remote & flexible working hours
At finway we are completely flexible. You want to work from home, in the café around the corner or in another country for a few weeks? You’d rather start later? Or go away for a few hours in the afternoon to spend time with your kids? We’ll be happy to give you that time! But we also have an office in the heart of Munich & are happy to work together there, have lunch and sometimes a beer together after work.
Unlimited vacation days
At finway, we have unlimited vacation days. Why, you ask? Because you know best how many days off you need. 25, 30 or even 40 days? You don’t have to calculate precisely how many days you can take and when, so that you still have some vacation time left, for example on your birthday or at Christmas. We trust your estimation and that you will reliably perform your work in the remaining time.
Hardware budget
We work on top-notch Macbooks and every new employee gets one. But we think it’s more sustainable if you choose your own additional hardware. Depending on whether you work completely remote or in Munich, you get a certain budget to buy what you want. E.g. a headset, mouse and keyboard or whatever you need to work productively.
Development Buget
We promote further training and personal development. Therefore, we provide all permanent employees with an annual development budget of €240. As a useful and chic gimmick in everyday life, you receive this in the form of one of our physical debit cards, which recharges annually and with which you can then pay in stores (or online).
Knowledge days
One day of your choice every quarter, we offer you the opportunity to schedule a ‘Knowledge Day’ at finway. A whole day without meetings and appointments, which we use to gain more knowledge about a specific topic (from the respective professional environment) and find a way to pass it on afterwards. Whether it’s at your desk in an online course, on the couch with tea and a book, or even in an on-site seminar, you’re free to do whatever you want, as long as it’s related to your job.

What documents should I submit with an application?
Every application requires a CV and an informative covering letter. Tell us why you want to work at finway and what fascinates you about it.
Furthermore, you can submit certificates, degrees or other work that represents you and your experience.
We will also ask you for your salary expectations and your desired start date, so we can better assess your application.
How does the application process work?
There are slightly different processes depending on the position. Generally, however, we start with a telephone interview with a recruiter to get to know you better. This is followed by a technical interview with the person responsible and possibly a case study or coding challenge. Afterwards, we want to give you and our team the opportunity to get to know each other in a peer interview. The final stage is always a founder interview with our founding team. Is it possible to work remotely?
Yes, we offer flexible working models. You can work in the office, remotely or hybrid.
Where is the office?
Our office is located in the ecos work space at Landsberger Straße 155, about a 10-minute walk from the Westendstraße underground station or the Donnersbergerbrücke S-Bahn station. We have our own office space there as well as various shared areas so our remote colleagues also have the opportunity to experience the office atmosphere at any time and work together with the Munich team on site. Our highlights? The foosball table in the kitchen and the roof terrace for lunch breaks.
